Twin dubet has a single layer of metal EMF shielding fabric. The pillow is also lined. The duvet can be electrified using a TENS unit at your own risk. You can get shocked if you don't take precautions. You put one electrode on your arm and one on the metal fabric and close the duvet up. Turn on the TENS and the vibrations go through the entire sheet to keep frequencies off you while you sleep. This is performed at your own decision. It is completely separate from the duvet itself as it is sold.
