RE: InfraGard’s Use of Groupstalking

Dear ____________:

We have read about all the good things you are doing and have visited your restaurant in _________. Your food is among the most delicious we’ve ever had. We often have lunch there.

Unfortunately, I have to inform you that I had a disappointing experience at your _________ location. While we were eating, we noticed several young male employees standing behind the cashier’s counter staring at us and discussing something. Several minutes later, a young man came out from the food preparation area staring down at his phone, not acknowledging us as he passed. We were the only customers. We are Targeted Individuals and get stalked everywhere.

I watched to see if he was doing some type of work or business for the restaurant as he walked. He walked all the way to the back door looking down, staring at his phone. He didn’t do anything to perform work, turned around and walked back by us and back through the door he came out of. Without some type of errand, the staring at the phone and ignoring the only persons in the restaurant, he is exhibiting typical stalking behavior. This is a new kind of stalking called “gangstalking” where the stalker is trained by InfraGard partners in the Community Oriented Policing (“COPS”)[1] program to use their phone to connect Targeted people (with implants) to the internet so they can be struck with microwave energy wherever they are. Usually only the stalker and the Target are aware that the activity is stalking, otherwise, it might look completely normal, whereas for the Target, their implants are stimulated and they are shocked, or they get a horrible pain where their implants are to tell them they are not welcome in society or wherever they are trying to enjoy themselves.

You don’t want to call a person a gangstalker without cause so you observe and calculate. There is plausible deniability built in to all black ops techniques, so one could argue he was doing something for the restaurant, but he wasn’t, he was using his phone the way stalkers use their phones. One could argue he was on a break, but the stiff, non-contact (alienates the victim) and the standing staring at us and discussing something serious at the cashier’s counter tells Targets that he was doing phone stalking. We believe this program is called ULTRA but don’t know that absolutely. Not all stalkers use phones, sometimes their posture, or their costume and placing themselves in a prominent position in the Target’s field of view is enough to say “we know where you are and we are watching you.” Your employee did all of the above.

You may have never heard of gangstalking before or you may not know it is part of the InfraGard partners protocol. People are trained to stalk and are paid for their services. This kind of phone stalking is accomplished by centralized handler with InfraGard or COPS calling the restaurant manager or the employee enrolled in the program to let them know that there are Targets in the restaurant. They send him a picture, codes or numbers to put in his phone that connect Targets who are covertly implanted with a wireless body area network (“WBAN”) which has a MAC address just like a phone or a computer.[2] The phone connects the implants and tracking devices to the internet so they can be used remotely for tracking, surveillance, microwave strikes, stimulating implants to cause pain, torture and killing.[3]

If you have been visited by InfraGard and have heard their spiel about there being homeland terrorists amongst us and they need to be tracked and the FBI needs you, you have been misled. The DOJ uses the FBI to run this program. People are impressed by a visit from the FBI and their manipulative speeches designed to persuade, seduce, or explain that they need your help. It is very convincing and people want to do good things for their country, right? However, they take advantage of the goodness of people. They lure people in with lies. They lie about people being terrorists. The people they are lying about are whistleblowers or people who have witnessed government crime. Having 80,000 businesses in the US under their control is just readying the country to be taken over by socialists. InfraGard is a socialist program.[4]

This ULTRA mind-control stalking program was authorized by President George W. Bush in Homeland Security Presidential Directive/Hspd-6, Subject: Integration and Use of Screening Information. Congress also approved the Patriot Act which took away American’s rights after 9-11 which has been proven to be a planned government event using Directed Energy Weapons.

The people being attacked in this manner are artists, teachers, doctors, lawyers, veterans, truck drivers, paralegals, business owners and others. They are whistleblowers, not terrorists, they are educated, not mentally ill. They have opinions and that’s supposed to be protected by the Constitution. The Constitution was compromised after 9-11, the advent of the New World Order, under the UN and the World Economic Forum (“WEF” under German Professor Klaus Schwab, the founder and Executive Chairman). The people who are being burned and killed with directed energy weapons are independent thinkers that lived in America when it was free. Many women being electronically raped have rejected sexual advances by sheriffs, politicians and other authorities. The FBI presents the Target to the secret FISA court for secret adjudication.

America has been taken over slowly, like a frog in pot, by the ideals of the WEF and the UN (the creators of Agenda 21, 30 and 50). They have invented a Nazi-like covert top-secret, black ops program they present as being patriotic when it is really a program of implanting and surveilling people called ULTRA. It is designed to disenfranchise people like Hitler did the Jews.

When TI’s are in restaurants, they are poisoned by servers, when they are out for a walk, they are struck with microwaves, while they are shopping they are made to empty their bowels. When they are in grocery stores, their implants are struck to make them fall down or create pain in their arms, shoulders, head and feet - anywhere they have implants. That is what all the talk about infrastructure is about. The electronics, transmitters, beam formers and microwave energy devices are in the ceilings, walls and doorways of grocery stores like Publix, Winn-Dixie, hospitals, jails, post offices, schools and other public buildings. InfraGard sends out stalkers recruited through COPS who follow TI’s and connect their illegal implants to the internet with their phones and they are struck with directed energy.

Does this sound American? It is exactly what the Nazi’s did to the Jews, except they didn’t have smartphones or the WBAN. Removing people from society because they are Jews or JW’s, or seen as mentally deficient is a Nazi program. Nazi propaganda told lies about the Jews to turn society against them, disenfranchise them and dehumanize them so they could be sent to mental institutions to be killed or to the camps to be worked to death. The US government is using InfraGard to perform these actions right now. Lies are being told about TI’s. For example: A sheriff’s sexual advances are rejected and he turns the woman in to the FBI with paperwork saying she’s a terrorist. Her file is processed through the illegal FISA Court where she is declared a Terrorist and put in the ULTRA program to be sex trafficked against her will.

If these Targeted people had committed crimes, they could be adjudicated, but its just more practical to use them for medical experiments like the Nazi’s. This program is until death. Targeted Individuals are on the Target kill lists in the Unauthorized Special Access Programs and there is no way out. Some are elderly people that don’t do anything for society any more because they are not able. They become TI’s for no other reason than the state wants their property and their considerable amounts of money they have saved all their lives. There are several support groups for TI’s. One is Targeted Justice who has an attorney, but the government propaganda is at work too strongly against us at this time to make any legal progress. Wiki and AI platforms echo the lies and discount our testimony by calling us delusional or mentally ill. If Targets complain to police they are arrested for a 72 hour mental health exam.

I don’t think InfraGard tells people all of this. Our website TargetedHumans.org has a heading called “President Kills At Will” under the Globalists tab. It shows you that we are no longer living in America. The government has slowly and quietly changed to Nazi-Socialist-Marxist. It has exemplified this by sticking its foot in the door of 80,000 businesses, medical related facilities and churches, so that when the time is right, a new socialist government will turn all private property to government property under the UN and the WEF. That’s the plan. The businesses will have no way out. At that point the frog in the pot will be boiling.

With InfraGard, the government has already got quite a number of businesses and individuals to accept torturing people with infrastructure electronics and using their employees as gangstalkers. You see why this activity is called “GANGstalking,” because many are involved in each event. Its not the “normal” stalking of one person following and harassing another person.

This is a plea to quietly pull out of the InfraGard program because they are lying to you about what the program is and what it does. It makes your business a collaborator in the torture of men, women, children and even babies. However, businesses who are using directed energy on their customers so they can’t buy food or go out to eat or who use gangstalkers that use phones to connect implants to the internet cloud so their victims can be struck with microwave while eating, may not know the extent of what they are doing. They have been lied to.

They may have been fed (propaganda) about the Targeted Individuals such as: “they don’t deserve to live,” “they are pedophiles,” “they kill and eat babies” –all lies but you believe it because the government says it is true, so it seems okay to microwave them, torture them, implant them, violate their privacy by surveilling them 24 hours a day with electronics embedded in their cars, homes and bodies. It seems okay to use them for clinical trials or just KILL THEM. Many innocent TI’s have already been killed.[5] We have some on our obituary page on our website, but that is only a small fraction of the people being suicided, having “accidents” or dying of heart attacks at too young an age, murdered in their beds, or hung in their own closets.

Please consider this matter seriously because gangstalking, phone stalking, poisoning, torturing and killing Targeted Individuals are crimes. TI’s are being poisoned and tortured with microwave and killed in countries who agreed to Agenda 21. These programs are called free, voluntary or non-profits, but people are strategically pressured to join. Agenda 30 is in operation and by 2030 each human may be implanted with hundreds of electronic devices and monitored 24/7 by the government, even your children and grandchildren. This has to stop to save our children and all humankind. God will be coming to punish the wicked so we have no thoughts of violence or revenge, just educating people with the truth.
