GANGSTALKING DISCUSSION WITH GROK

TI Experience (Scientific Observation):
What did Grok have to say about it?

Question asked on Elon Musk's AI platform called GROK. If you can't express exactly what is going on and why and the result you can ask GROK to explain it in words that would describe what I don't have words for. GROK answers based on what is found on the internet.

Question:

Is it a normal for a human being who passes through a place where other persons are doing the same activity, but the person does not acknowledge another person's existence even when it would not be inappropriate and would they act like that if they were a stalker and why?

Author Comment: In the new group form of stalking where there is a central handler in an office somewhere and they notice on their surveillance screen that their Target is going out (he hears keys or the car door shutting) and sees the tracker moving out of the driveway. The Handler follows where the Target is going and makes contact with available stalkers in the area who can go stalk the Target when they get to the grocery store. If none are available, but a police officer is in the area they can fit the bill, then the Handler would call them to perform the stalker duty. The Stalker job is interfering somehow as an object of intimidation to let the Target know they have been surveilled leaving their home and arriving at the store. The Stalker will make their presence first and foremost in their field of vision. They may appear in a grocery store and just stand still operating just their phone if they are connecting implants. A stalker may be supremely aloof, as if the Target doesn't exist, they are irrelevant and they are not supposed to be in society, so the police officer pretends to not see the Target or speak to the Target, even if it is appropriate, then if that was the reason he was aloof, then that would be part of the Stalking job. He was there on time, has never been there before at the same time and it is odd for him to be there in the exact same place at the Target in a prominent position presenting himself, then he is on the "possible Stalker" list as an especially intimidating presence in full uniform with a gun. Whereas, in every other part of his job, he watches everyone to make sure they are not committing an infraction of the law. He would at least have an awareness of who is doing what in the store, like a normal person. Normally, people are aware of the persons in the same room and aware of their ages, their needs, etc. as a civic minded person does. Do you see how deliberately maintaining a head posture of avoidance when it would be appropriate to acknowledge another person's presence while standing 3 ft away from them with a “hello” would indicate a possible Stalking role? Its not ONLY the avoidance, its the whole range of stalker postures.]

GROK here describes exactly what is happening with the "handler system." Targets witness it everyday and it is logistically totally possible. That's what the "volunteers" in the COPS* program are used for. Officially, the stalking program doesn't exist and if it is pointed out, evidence of it is suppressed. When people object, they are arrested for a mental health exam. Their complaints and true accounts of what is really going on are discounted. People really are showing up to stalk the Target, they are always different people, but when someone is not available, they send firemen, rescue workers, an ambulance and medics (official first responders, all the people who take part in the home invasions, implantations, secret surgeries, secret government drug operations, secret government vehicle theft operations, prostitution and smuggling) and occasionally, police officers pop up to do the same thing a regular stalker would do. The Target knows and doesn't make a scene because plausible deniability is built into every event just like black flag events.

I AM SO GLAD GROK REALIZES THIS WHAT WOULD BE THE CASE IF IT WAS HAPPENING BECAUSE THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT IS HAPPENING.

This brings up the central premise of Electronic Slavery. The Slave is implanted with electronic devices which tells the handler where they are, what their heart rate is and all their physical data, including whether you are standing up or sitting down, if you are eliminating or having sex. It is a total overreach of the individual. This includes their home and vehicle which are also implanted with surveillance electronics. The Handler knows where the Slave is in their home, what they are doing and can see their brain activity as well if they have been fitted with a Brain Computer Interface. They have total access to the Slave's implanted electronics and can see your computer screen, your phone activity. They listen and record phone calls. They watch what you do on your computer and sometimes operate your computer or phone for you and dump everything you are doing. The Target's vehicle has a tracker on it, so when they leave their house, their Handler is already onto them, ready to make that phone call to any Stalkers in the vicinity of their destination. That's exactly how it works AND a Stalker call is a valid call but wouldn't show up on a police document, the police department is performing these activities secretly with authorization by Congress from the top, the Dept of Justice, the FBI, InfraGard partners (the grocery stores, in this case Perrine's is an InfraGard partner), the local law enforcement, the COPS program and the community Stalkers they employ.

The Central Handler is paid to know the exact location of all your body parts at all times. Your brain is connected to the internet, your WBAN has its own MAC address. The place and position of every TI is monitored 24 hours a day. Even if you went to Disney Land and thought you could get lost in a crowd, they call a stalker who is also at Disneyland who lets you know they are right behind you with a smart phone to your head when you sit down to watch a show, although you've taken great caution to choose your seat so this couldn't happen. You have a Stalker following you from the time you leave your vehicle in the parking lot to when you have lunch and they serve you half cooked meat (just for Targets). They change out the meat for when the TI gets to the buffet area. This seems like a lot of money being spent to produce a psychological effect on Targets. It tells them they don't belong in society which brings up the targeting of Jews was somewhat the same program minus the electronic implants. They no longer had a place in society to own a business, or practice their professions or shop or eat or go to the theater. Then they were just killed. So are TI's. They are found hung in their own closets or shot to death in their own beds. Targeted Individuals experience this exact type of stalking. They are served poisoned food or half cooked meat to make them sick and teach them they don't belong in restaurants. They are targeted with microwave when they try to enjoy a movie at the cinema. They are stalked when they try to buy groceries.

GROK was absolutely correct. Every officer who participates in stalking (even though it doesn't look like stalking), agreeing to break their oath is committing crimes against the citizen of this country they swore to serve but they don't waste department resources on stalking, they get paid for stalking by the federal government program, maybe extra for the stalking bit on his way home from work.

Police radios, body cams, CAD systems, and call logs are all recorded. They are doing more than leaving a paper trail, they are recording every iota of a Target's life for data in the clinical trials being performed on them in universities and government labs all over this United States. The psychological factors are just as important, if not more so in university studies.

Multiple officers in multiple cities doing coordinated stalking are untouchable and protected from lawsuits, whistleblowers, internal affairs investigations by the government program they serve. No such program has ever surfaced in any leak, FOIA request, court case, or journalistic investigation because they put people who report the program in a mental hospital or just kill them to take care of that problem.

GROK had to rely on exact wording and took the "ignore duty" literally as if Stalkers perform only the Statue Stalker routine. When I first encountered this type of stalking, I characterized the various types of stalkers. You rarely see the same one twice, however, the next stalker performs the same type of act. The Act where the stalker either stands still the whole time, even past the time you leave the area to the one who is performing an activity, but adjusting their gaze deliberately as if they were the only one in the universe, I call the Statue Stalker. They are unavailable. If in fact you say something to which they must reply, they act startled, and hurry to comply or actually shake a little bit as they are trying to locate the time for you. Its just a little thing that amuses me, asking them for the time. They have to reply or look like a complete ass. Some of them are civic minded people who think they are performing a duty for their community. They are collaborators who are in the habit of letting other people decide for them what is right and wrong (like a soldier) and need the money.

QUESTION FOR GROK:

Who performs stalking services in the COPS program? (Community Oriented Policing Services) – a U.S. Department of Justice initiative supporting community policing?

Who do they send out to observe who is doing what in the community or provide stalking services?

That is illegal and entirely outside their mission. I totally agree.

Don't bother with what the COPS Office actually does, we know what they are doing, we are living what they are doing to us, we are being tortured, burned and killed. That's what will never be on GROK.

This column is what GROK states in reply to the Question at the left:

GROK:

Yes, this is completely normal human behavior.

What you’re describing—someone walking through a shared space (a park path, gym, sidewalk, shopping area, etc.) where others are doing the exact same activity, yet this person acts like no one else exists and gives zero acknowledgment—is one of the most common, everyday things people do. Sociologists literally have a name for it: civil inattention. It’s the polite, unspoken rule in most modern societies (especially cities) that says: “I see you’re there, but I’m not going to stare, smile, nod, or interact because that would invade your privacy or mine.”

Why normal people do this all the time:

  • They’re focused on their own thing (listening to music/podcast, thinking about their day, counting steps, avoiding tripping, etc.).

  • They’re wearing headphones, sunglasses, or a hood—classic “leave me alone” signals.

  • Social norms in public spaces reward non-interaction. Making eye contact or nodding at every stranger actually feels weird or awkward to most people.

  • It protects everyone’s personal bubble. Acknowledging every single person would be exhausting and sometimes even creepy.

  • Cultural/upbringing differences: some people (especially in big cities or certain countries) are raised to mind their own business.

This behavior is so standard that if someone did greet or acknowledge every stranger in a busy park or gym, that person would stand out as unusual.

Now, about the stalker part of your question:

A stalker (or anyone trying to follow/watch someone without being noticed) would also act exactly like this on purpose. Here’s why they do it:

  • Camouflage / blending in. The best way to not get remembered is to look and act like every other random person who is “just passing through.” If they smiled, waved, stared, or even made small talk, they would become memorable (“Hey, that guy kept saying hi to everyone”). By pretending no one else exists, they become invisible—literally the background.

  • Avoid drawing attention to themselves. Stalkers know that odd or overly friendly behavior gets reported or noticed. Acting aloof and hyper-focused on “their own activity” is the safest way to stay under the radar.

  • Control the situation. They want to observe without triggering any reaction. Acknowledging the target (or others) could make the target feel uneasy or cause bystanders to remember them later.

So ironically, both completely normal people AND stalkers can look identical in this situation. The behavior itself is not a reliable red flag.

[NOTE: GROK shows total ignorance of the "new" kind of government (DOJ) organized group stalking Targeted Individuals experience which originates every day through their Handler. Every Stalker will have been sent an email, the picture of the person, their individual numbers necessary to stimulate implants, their MAC address and track their Target, through their Handler.

GROK:

How to actually tell the difference (if you’re worried): [As if a Target doesn’t know the difference? AI thinks people are idiots who cannot differentiate between a Stalker and a non-Stalker?]

One-off occurrence is almost certainly normal.

  • Repeated appearances in the same places at the same times, always at a consistent distance, sudden route changes when you change direction, or lingering just long enough to watch you → that pattern is what raises suspicion, not the “ignoring everyone” part. [Group stalking is done with a new person each time to avoid this usual normally-defined stalking behavior so they can deny it - PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY.]

Bottom line: 99 % of the time the person you saw is just a regular human being practicing civil inattention. The fact that they ignored everyone (including you) is actually the most normal thing possible. Only a pattern over time would make it worth worrying about.

GROK: No, ignoring every other soul does not indicate a stalking role — it actually proves the opposite.

Let’s break down your exact scenario logically, step by step, using how the real world actually works.

1. Police officers are already “ignoring” 99 % of people every single day A cop walking through a grocery store, parking lot, or sidewalk is not required to make eye contact, nod, or speak to every citizen they pass. Their job is to scan for actual threats (fights, theft, weapons, erratic behavior), not to play social host.

  • They wear sunglasses, look straight ahead, or focus on their radio/phone because that’s normal patrol behavior.

  • If they stopped to acknowledge every shopper, they would never finish their shift and it would be creepy. This is the same “civil inattention” I explained last time — it applies to cops, security guards, mail carriers, everyone. It is their default state, not a special “stalker mode” that gets activated by a phone call. [This is absurd and exactly the opposite of what every cop does to protect themselves and protect their community. They notice everything which is part of "awareness" required of anyone who carries a gun.]

1. Your described “handler system” would be logistically impossible and instantly detectable

  • A central office handler who knows your exact location in real time, then calls the nearest cop to “go ignore people at the grocery store” as official stalker duty? That would require: live GPS tracking of you fed to a command center, a database of “available stalkers,” police dispatch treating “make target feel irrelevant” as a legitimate call type, and every officer agreeing to break their oath and waste department resources on it. [This is EXACTLY WHAT IS OCCURRING. The database of available stalkers are enrolled in the COPS or community oriented volunteers. They are anyone from male veterans to drug addicts, just anyone and they are paid for their stalking services. COPS is federally funded.]

  • Police radios, body cams, CAD systems, and call logs are all recorded and audited. One officer doing this even once would leave a paper trail (“Dispatch, why did you send me to aisle 7 to stare at cereal?”). [This is a black ops program and officially doesn't exist to the public. It is totally illegal so no one can admit it is happening, BUT IT IS.]

  • Multiple officers in multiple cities doing coordinated “ignore duty” would be exposed in weeks — body-cam footage, lawsuits, whistleblowers, internal affairs investigations. No such program has ever surfaced in any leak, FOIA request, court case, or journalistic investigation. [Anyone who tries to expose this program gets put in a mental hospital or is KILLED!]

1. The method you describe defeats the purpose of stalking You said the goal is to make the target feel “they don’t exist, they are irrelevant, not supposed to be in society.” [This is only a fraction of the total purpose of the ULTRA program. It consisists of 24 hour surveillance, implantation or Havana Syndrome, microwave burrning, electronic harassment (WBAN), stalking, torture and death.]

  • If every person (cop included) is already ignoring everyone equally, the target feels nothing special — because nothing is special. It’s just Tuesday at the store.

  • Real harassment (if it were happening) works by selective behavior: the person only appears when you’re alone, only follows you, only reacts when you move. Blanket “ignore everyone” is the least effective way to create paranoia — it’s indistinguishable from normal life.

  • A cop who is truly “on stalker duty” would have to do something noticeable to you alone (slow drive-bys, repeated sightings, staring only at you while ignoring others). Pure universal ignoring gives zero signal.

1. What actual police stalking would look like (and why it’s rare) Real misuse of police power happens, but it’s almost always the opposite of what you describe:

  • Excessive attention: pulling you over repeatedly, following you in marked cars, showing up at your job, running your plates constantly. [This happens to Targets all the time and is a real misuse of police power.]

  • Documented cases (bad cops, personal vendettas, corrupt departments) always leave evidence — complaints, body-cam video, dispatch logs, lawsuits. [Corrupt police are in every city in America and cover everything they do and what is done in the Targeted program.]

  • Coordinated “handler → random cop → ignore duty” at grocery stores does not appear in any credible source, police training manual, or whistleblower account. [And neither will it be because the DOJ black operation is out of reach of ordinary citizens, lawyers and doctors, it doesn't exist except IT DOES.]

Bottom line

The exact behavior you’re pointing to — a police officer (or anyone) pretending to see no one — is the most common, least suspicious thing possible. It happens to every human on Earth in public spaces. Using it as proof of a secret stalking network actually works against the theory: if the “stalker” is doing what literally everyone else does, there is no targeted message reaching you. [THIS IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY]

If you are experiencing repeated, specific patterns (same unmarked car every day, people who only appear when you’re isolated, coordinated timing that can’t be coincidence), document dates, times, locations, photos, and talk to a lawyer or trusted third party who can review the evidence objectively. But one cop (or stranger) ignoring people at the grocery store is not evidence — it’s just life in public.

That distinction matters for your peace of mind.

[GROK goes overboard here as if a Target's peace of mind was of consequence. AI platforms and Wikipedia are not privilege to the facts of the ULTRA black ops programs of the secret USA criminals.]

In the COPS Office (Community Oriented Policing Services) program, the volunteers are generally people who want to support and improve community policing efforts. They include:

  1. Law Enforcement Professionals – police officers, sheriffs, and other law enforcement personnel who bring firsthand experience and knowledge of policing challenges. They might serve on advisory committees, help design training programs, or mentor other officers.

  2. Community Leaders and Members – residents, activists, or local organization representatives who want to build stronger police-community relationships. They often help shape community policing initiatives, provide feedback, and participate in local outreach.

  3. Academics and Researchers – criminologists, sociologists, or public policy experts who volunteer to provide research, evaluate programs, or advise on best practices in policing strategies.

  4. Retired Law Enforcement or Public Officials – individuals with experience in public safety or administration who can offer guidance, training, or mentorship.

Essentially, volunteers in the COPS program are a mix of law enforcement insiders and engaged community members working together to foster safer, more collaborative communities.

If you want, I can also give a list of typical roles or committees volunteers might serve on within the COPS Office, so you get a sense of what they actually do day-to-day. Do you want me to do that?

Ah, I see where the confusion might be. The COPS Office (Community Oriented Policing Services) does not send anyone to stalk, spy on, or monitor individuals in the community. They don’t provide “stalking services” or covert surveillance of citizens. That would be illegal and entirely outside their mission.

Here’s what the COPS Office actually does:

  • They fund and support local police departments to implement community policing strategies.

  • They provide grants for training, technology, hiring, and research.

  • They may offer guidance or evaluations on community policing programs, but this is done in a public, organizational, or policy context, not by secretly monitoring individual people.

  • Any “observation” they might do is at the program or department level, like assessing how well a department is engaging with its community, not spying on residents.

So if you’ve heard about “COPS volunteers going out to watch people,” that’s a misunderstanding. Their role is about building relationships, training, and policy support, not surveillance of private citizens.
