The Cap is made like a shower cap. It is not made for looks. It is made in whole layers so there are no seams to leak in frequencies. The Cap is to help shield your head from EMF and light based attacks. It  is not guaranteed to stop V2K. It is a protective garment and is not guaranteed to stop whatever is striking your head. Each case is different due to testing of various technologies and it would be impossible to guarantee the cap to work in every case, especially Havana Syndrome. It would be interesting if a person with Havana Syndrome would try it during an attack and see if it works for that.

The cap does not cover your face but the radiation they aim at your brain usually doesn't come through your face.  You can test to see it stops radiation by putting your phone inside and calling yourself.

The Cap has 4 layers of silver and nickel fabric, a layer of light blocking rubber fabric and is covered with a protective polyester/cotton broadcloth to keep the metallic fabric from touching the skin. The EMF materials must be isolated from the skin.  It has elastic but also a tie to adjust it to your comfort of tightness. It is meant to not allow frequencies across the skin so it should touch your skin all the way around your head tightly but not uncomfortably. It is meant to come down over the ears to stop any communication with ear implants. It only comes in one size so if you feel it is too big, you can roll the back upwards and that tightens it up. That's the way I wear mine. The cap has a grounding tab at the back so you can attach a grounding clip to the tab and your body is grounded to the metallic fabric.  The cap comes in black or various flowered fabrics.The cap comes with a grounding strap. You can just wear the grounding strap on your wrist or attach it to the cap. The cap does not need the grounding strap to work. Its just for you to experiment with.

It comes with a shielding mat you can wear somewhere on your body under your clothes over a part of your body where you feel pain. It will stop the frequencies from connecting with implants underneath it.

If perchance you feel any frequencies are getting through the hat, put the shielding mat under the hat and shield that part of your head. You can also put an ice pack under the hat when you feel pain on your head. If you feel pain, your head may being heated and you need to keep ice on the heated area until the pain goes away.  Do not ignore pain in your head whether you wear this hat or not.
